So many people say that, they can only write while being depressed.
Good to hear you are different.
That window of relief and ease following a stressful period is usually so tiny that not much writing happens during it.
When I write when I'm depressed, I write depressing things, and I don't like reading depressing things. I like the jolly and silly
I think there is a lot, too much depressing things written already, good or not.
I like the jolly and silly too.
It's all about finding the right balance.
